^^ Sure you can do it, but it's not good for it -- especially if you are just coming off the highway.

Fueling while running really isn't a big deal. If you go up north in the winter nobody shuts their vehicles off to fuel them up.

^ Im from Whitehorse and I have never seen someone not shut their vehicle off while fueling. Im sure that its fine, just saying I've never personally seen it.
