2.0 L 4 cylinder (rebuilt) only has 30,000 km on rebuilt
Newer clutch
front/back brakes fairly new
5 spd
Fairly good rubber
Body in fairly good shape

Will try and post pics soon.

Needs a little TLC- struts, balljoints and motor mounts

The body is still in fairly good shape. Has a bit a rust but it is not rusted out or anything.. Good parts car of fixer uppers...

so the motor is in good condition like no problems at all or wat does it need????

I have stated in the first post what the car needs. The motor is in excellent condition. When I rebuilt the motor, it included replacing the lifters, replaced gaskets and got the head machined. Runs pretty good.
