Ok so there's body building and there's weight training.
But anyone here do bodyweight training? So gymnastics rings, hand balancing, etc. I've just got into it and would be nice to have a thread on it if there's others out there.

Anyone who rock climbs seriously should be able to do a human flag :\ It might look goofy when you practice it but it's a fairly functional motion when you rock climb. Mostly involving bringing your legs up to your arms when doing tricky climbs or bouldering.

In either case rock climbing is pretty much all body weight exercises.
