Pre-sell or Used?

Hi. For 1st time buyer, should i buy a pre-sell condo or townhouse or a used one?

If there is some kinda warranty on the pre-sell I go for that, but other than that, depends on price, size and location.

No offense but this is one of the stupid questions in regard to buying a property. If you have no clue and lack any dort of due dilligence than you shouldnt be buying anything. Doesnt matter if its new or used, matters on several factors, such as location and price per sq versus what the price per sq that has been sold in the past, current and potentially down the future. Along with related expenses, etc.
