How does this course compare to the other alternatives that can be taken for engineering? (CNST xxx and ENGG xxx) Has anyone taken it?

Anyone have the textbooks for it that they want to get rid of?

I took GNST341 instead of the alternatives. It was a super easy course but hard to get good marks - The highest mark was an A- and there was only one of them.

But I think the prof that taught our class was fired so it should be better now. And I think the textbook changes every semester because it's nothing but a whole bunch of photocopied articles that the U of C bookstore staples together and charges you $80 for.

Don't take that class with Ellingham. She's the biggest bitch in the world. I did however end up with and pretty good mark in that class.

It depends on year to year for all those classes. I know ENGG 481 last year was a joke. It was so easy. GNST 341 was easy 2 years ago. It was harder when I took it last year though.
