why is beyond not being updated?

Hey forum members and staff, I was wondering why the main page of beyond.ca is old and outdated? it features a car show for 2010, canadas hockey team, and a traffic circle thing.... probably brought up before, didnt bother searching

I agree, it's pretty brutal. I had high hopes when they changed the front page to a "blog" layout.

Maybe get volunteer content writers, reward them with entries into a draw for something cool monthly/yearly?

Starting this summer, we'll be doing another revamp of the front page and part of that will be offering paid writing positions. Unfortunately there is a bunch of stuff on the go right now so its being neglected.

Writing rants about car manufacturers, calgary driver's issues and other car related topics sounds like fun. I used to write some stuff online but haven't in a while. Would also be neat to do feature cars, say rage2's for example.
