Going to the states for a quick vacation, and was looking at possibly buying a Sony NEX-5, listed for sale here for about $700 (with cheap-o standard lens) .... wondering if I should wait to pick one up while I'm in the states to save $$??

They're $650 in the states and the dollar is stronger right now (although it seems to drop a cent every day now that oil fell $10).

Sorry I am a little late to the party.. But just want to point out - that's just B&H. Not every city has a B&H, and therefore, B&H prices...

Free shipping in the states

You'll have to be around to receive it though.

The Nex 5 w/18-55 is cheaper in Canada now anyways. B&H has it back up at $699.
