Traffic Question (NW commuters)

How is the traffic commuting from Cochrane to 12 mile coulee road via Bow Valley trail? Fairly congested during rush hours, or a quick trip?

Its really not that bad (about 20 min to Dalhousie)

I live in Cochrane and drive to the core everyday. Cochrane to 12 mile is a breeze on the 1a. The only problem is now they are widing the road and construction might be a bitch this summer.
