picking them up for $300.

good price? 1 wheel has minor curb rash and 2 tires are close to bald other than that just a bit dirty. tires will cost me just as much as the asking price but oh well...i'll worry about that next summer.

i'll probably use them on my next car as well and if not I can sell them so I cant go wrong, right? RIGHT?... (just trying to justify spending $ on my car when I should be saving).

woah. probably is. google images shows the same ones. I was thinking Enkei's, so I guess this clears it up. he just said he's including center caps as well.

I didn't think the RE30's came in a multi 4 bolt pattern, I'm pretty sure its a knockoff of some sort. A lot of the higher end wheels have the holes there, but don't have them machined off have the lug seats. I'm sure Zephyr will be able to clarify that...

I think you got it right.

Yeah I just checked, RE30s don't come in 4 lug for the black machining premium, only in hyper bronze (even so thats only a 15/16inch wheel). This for sure is not a real RE30, most likely a Rota.

Those are just certification stamps. They don't mean squat, as there isn't any big regulations outside of Japan and Germany that prevent wheel companies from putting that on anything.

That's a good deal you got on the wheels, but you can't even buy 1 authentic VOLK RE30 for $280 (without tire). The stamps you found regard international alloy regulations. Not really relevant in North America, where we produce knock-off junk at an inferior level of quality.
