The comptech header is that a k swap header? If so what car will it fit!

Not so quick. RSX headers do not fit Civic Si without modification.

The flange will bolt up yeah, will the collector?

unfortunately i do not...i have a k20a3...lol if you need anything off that lmk. I have a RCC Intake Manifold from a k24a2...no cams tho...but if you want the RCC LMK i'll send you some pics!
