I was pretty happy with Red Rock Auto. Truck felt like new after an alignment.

i'm hesitant to say precision nowadays. Had been going to them for a few years but this year they seem really unorganized and the service was inconsistent.

yea i agree on that one, thats where it was originally done, an when i look at all 4 tires, the camber isnt even equal, left has less wear then right, and when down at eye level its noticeable

Hmm for the guys who have had issues with Precision, do you know who the tech was who did it? I've never had any issues with Hank doing my alignments, he's the owner. And always brings me back to fill me in on the work done.

Yeah the times I went, they had issues with the hoist and Hank was out. But definitely have to have Hank do it.

Precision did mine last week, wasn't Hank, but car feels good. I'd agree with the dis-organization part though. They seem like a good "Mom&Pop" type place, that's gotten busier than they can handle.

Hank @ Precision is good. When I get the other guy, I think his name is Erich, thing's never go good. Aussie over by Regal Auctions are also good people.
