Anybody have any firsthand experience working at Cenovus? What's the company like, how's the culture, are the people decent?

Pretty large company. Depends on the department.

Its awesome, First and Third friday of each month are off. Great culture, alot of focus placed on innovation and new ideas. Smart and motivated people everywhere. Great company.

One of the top tier employer in town.

But big companies are more bureaucratic and has more red tape.

I already accepted the Cenovus position. I've heard that Devon is hiring like crazy though.

Oilsands is where it's at ;)
