View Full Version : Oyster Bars in Calgary
Of all the Osyter Bars in Calgary, or anywhere with decent oysters for that matter (Big Fish, Embarcado, Spur, Catch to name a few) do any of them have oyster specials on certain days? I recall Big Fish had 2 for 1 nights but not sure if it's still around. I've been craving oysters lately but also having a hard time justifying the $3+ price tags.

Me and a friend decided it'd be funny to binge on oysters at Spur so we each had about 40. She puked her guts out afterwards while I laughed.

They are Raw, served cold and in half the shell.
I recommend 1 drop of hot sauce per oyster
I've never got sick there, nor has anyone I've gone with.

It wasn't food poisoning, it was overeating. Their oysters were delish.

All I meant was I wouldn't know the difference between a good & bad Oyster at a restaurant, not so much talking about the safety of the food. Sorry for the confusion! haha
