Has anyone tried this?

It's a 4 minute workout.

20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, do this 8 times total.

It is perhaps the most grueling workout ever. I tried it on the ellipitical machine and I got into the 4th set before giving up. I tried it on the battling rope which was even harder haha got into the 2nd set and just said fuck it.

Crossfit: We do tabata WOD's all the time.

And Tabata workouts are generally 3 or 4 workout functions (rowing,wall balls, kettle bell swings and burpees) those are random functions I just made up.

Tabata is a blast and an absolute ass kicker WOD.
