Ghetto Truck...

I know someone will say " thread worthless without pics" but i didnt have a camera on me. Anyways driving on Forest lawn I saw a Volkswagon Jetta and a S10...but wait they were on the same chassis!!! So yeah its half of a jetta, but between the drivers door they cut it in half and put a box of an S10...It was so funny because all the doors, fenders, hood were a different color, and to add to that it had a Crappy tire ricer muffler!! :rofl:

Well by the looks of it when I saw it, it certainly was not a project car it seemed like the owner put it together in a weekend and as a joke :D

ummmm that pic is NOT a 'jetta truck'. Its a 'caddy' the old school VW truck. Not certain to the exact years of production but early 80s.

I havn't seen the one you are talking about in the NE but if it looks like the one that euro-racer posted then it is infact a true VW production vehicle not half S10.

no its a second gen, with a first gen S10 bed, looks like passat wheels, and it was hauling a motor in the back, its obviously a parts car/truck for a wrecker or somethin that they just threw together out of parts
