First one I have seen other than on the showroom floor. I have only seen Cayenne S on the road.
Too bad about the wheels on this one.

You are partially correct. Yes there was a Cayenne at the auto cross school, yes it handled like a sedan but it was not a turbo -- it was just the N/A V8. :)

A business associate of mine had the first turbo in Calgary ans he rebadged it as a Touareg...SO funny...except the steering wheel has the Porsche insignia and it says Cayenne on the shift gate..
Touareg got the Looks, Cayenne got the power, IMO.

Thanks man.
Sorry about the quality, it was taken through my front window. Doesn't do my DRebel justice.

the touareg V10 diesel will be major pimp when we get it. there is a little power in that one!
The Turbo actually look not bad, compare to the S
Can always see some in Downtown .. but mostly are balck and silver... :poosie:
Still .. not my cup of tea...

The owner of Wilan has a pretty nice one...glad to see that he drives it and doesn't stow it away like a lot of people with expensive vehicles...

When I was in Vancouver for my practicum with RPM, my 'boss' had a turbo Cayenne for the first week I was there (they get a new car every week to test drive for new car reviews) So I got to roll around in it a few times going for lunch and what not....Very sweet ride

Southcentre just received my boss's Cayenne Turbo today. They called and said there were detailing it so i don't know if he has it yet. I'll see if I can take some pics as soon as I see it :D

Considering the 310hp gas V8 starts at $60,000 CDN it will take quite the upgrade to catch the Cayenne

Not really. The only option package costs $10,000. Then if you add the little things, you get to almost $80,000 with no problem at all.
Diesel is usally a $4000 - $8000 option. That gets you well into Cayenne territory. Given that the V6 Cayenne starts at about $60,000 the argument is moot.
I can't believe that Porsche put its name on that slow ass V6.

310 hp from a V10 Diesel is pretty good but i think that the 550 lb-ft of torque is what really amazes me . One thing though, i thought the Turbo's came with the 19 or 20 inch sport wheels? or are those just winter tires and rims?
Based on the tread pattern and profile of the tires, those are def. winter wheels.
