Long story short, my girlfriend had a bit of a rub with a concrete post in a parkade today and I'm wondering what the best way to repair the damage will be.

To give the below pictures some context, she essentially "rubbed" the passenger side of the car from just in front of the wheel well to just behind the wheel well.

Thoughts? Any chance a detailer could add touch up paint and blend it together by buffing it or are we talking strictly a bodyshop job? Any idea what it would cost to repair?

Bodyshop job, paint has chipped off.

What panel is this on? Fender? Quarter panel?

Damn, was hoping that wouldn't be the answer. It's right on the passenger side rear wheel arch. So I guess rear fender?
