The dragonvette is from the states so yes, that person is trolling.
The car has since been updated http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?622666-Dragon-Corvette-Update-%28Most-Notorious-C6-on-the-net%29. and the car is also supercharged.
Still dont get it but oh well.
