2007 Murano - good buy?

I'm looking at an 07 Murano S, originally a US vehicle, imported into Canada by the original owner. It is pretty high mileage (70000 miles) but looks like it has been very well taken care of, and it drives solid. Asking $20k.

Any issues with this model year?
