can't get my blackberry browser workin

anyone have any ideas? I'm trying to get this globe browser icon to show up and it's not showing up.. the default browser says it's empty on my blackberry.. what do i do! stupid manual doesn't help at all! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

You may need to call Rogers and get them to resend you the browser application.
Same thing happened to me.

Try downloading the latest desktop software and blackberry software from the rogers site. They sometimes change the protocol and you have to install the latest software onto the blackberry to get it to work.
