Does any one uses the web space in your Telus account?

You can't even delete sub folders you created inside public_html.

This is retarded and their CSR are useless. :nut: You can't even delete that webspace.

Can someone help? Maybe create a folder and see if you can delete it afterwards???

Damn I hate talking to call centres!

I just started using it a few weeks ago just as an easy way to post some pics for my car I have on sale, and I just tested it, works perfectly fine for deleteing a folder.

go here, login, go into public_html folder, and then you will see your files and folders, and right next to them is the delete button. Press the delete button and then OK to confirm at the top of the page.

Not sure why you are having issues.

Is the folder empty? Some hosts won't let you delete a folder if it contains any files.

Yes the folders are completely empty.

This is the error I get for all my folders.

Deletion of "Files" failed: Directory not empty

Hidden files? Not familiar with Telus but are you able to view hidden files?

I have the same problem with one of my folders that was created when someone hacked my webspace. Maybe something similar happened to you.

I don't think is hacked and no we cannot view any hidden files.

I have like 15 folders I can't delete...

Telus told me they don't have any one who can do any thing with this. what a bunch of retards...

FTP doesn't work too. :guns:

I just login right now and all my folders are gone. WTF.

Good thing I backed my files up.
