Got this one in an email yesterday:

I usually go to his stampede breakfasts, they're fairly good and Moe is a great guy. His son on the other hand ...... j/k :angel:

Bah, as all the oilpatch folks know, the free brakfasts are lame compared to the invite only ones.
BJ/Baker Hughes puts on the best IMO. Two kinds of sausage, Bacon, Eggs, flapjacks, live band, and the "frac juice" vodka OJ mix.
The "big guns" breakfast last year was pretty dissapointing. Lots of booze, but the food was weak.

Current favorite and perhaps biggest independent Stampede Breakfast is the one held by Chinook Centre. Happens every first Saturday of Calgary Stampede 7AM-11AM. Literally thousands of people every year.
