Released on their twitter today, Alley burger has a food truck and is expected to hit the streets sometime in July!

This is great news! Hopefully the food truck and street food trend continues and we start to see more of this.

Making the menu are the famed, classic “Alley Burger” as well as new, special burgers including the” Whole Truck” which is made with Spring Creek Beef Chuck as well as signature hand-cut duck-fat fried potatoes and poutine with Quebec cheese curds. Drinks and t-shirts, spice jars and more are in store. Early morning Alley Burgers – with fried eggs on a garlic sausage patty with cheese curds – have not been ruled out by the chefs and driver.

have you guys seen eat street on the food network? There are a lot of interesting food truck ideas out there.

They had some poutine truck with various poutine flavours. Looked so good.
