Other features include: 5-speed manual transmission, upgraded VW Lupo GTI Aero Wipers, Audi TT pedals, E.P.P. Crystal Clear Black/Red taillights (no spliced wires!!!), JVC CD/MP3 head unit, Clarion Amplifier, Kenwood Subs, relayed E-code headlights (again no spliced wires due to a custom European-spec plug ‘n play harness), factory front and rear foglights (all lights have 3M on them and front foglights are NOT cracked!). Not equipped with A/C or cruise control. The rear spoiler only raises at 120km/h as per European specifications which means it is more functional and less annoying than North American models when driving around town.
This car comes with the original German Owner’s Manual, Original Service Manual (detailed service history and receipts from DAY 1) and original German Title showing complete owner history from the day it was first registered. Other documentation (in German) is also included as are all receipts for what I've added.
The car has been stored indoors more than it has been driven over the past few years and has not been winter driven. The following is new (much of it in the past 3,000km): thermostat, new G12 coolant (properly flushed as part of a switch from G11 coolant), original old style G-lader received new apex strips and mild port/polish at Kompressor Kanada for the FIRST TIME at 200,000km (this means that it will be good for another 200K if properly warmed up by not exceeding 3,000 rpm until oil temps reach 90 C – original 78mm pulley has always been used to achieve this reliability), 12mm cogbelt (always changed annually regardless of mileage), new rear brake calipers, new rear Brembo discs, new rear brake pads (EBC Green Stuff), recent brake proportioning valve, brake fluid flush, front drive axles, front brake pads, distributor cap and rotor, ignition wires, spark plugs, front and rear wheel bearings, splash shields, stainless steel brake lines, control arms, sway bar end-links and bushings, strut bushings, both motor mounts and transmission mount, gear oil (Redline MT90 and zero synchro issues – no 2nd gear crunch!), Castrol Syntec 5W40 with MANN filter every 5,000km, brand new windshield with zero rock chips or cracks, wheel alignment, both front wheel ABS sensors, RS Outlet with Samco Hose to replace original silencer box (only performance modification done), brand new German First Aid Kit and brand new OE Corrado floormats (this set was the last one available in North America).
ENGINE DOES NOT BURN OR LOSE ANY OIL WHATSOEVER and is 100% reliable! A Passat B4 moonroof with sunshade has also just been installed and the original sunroof will be included with the vehicle.
Summer tires on the Nothelle wheels are almost brand new and the tires on the original Sebring rims have about 50% left (these are currently stored indoors, off the concrete and in plastic bags).
Willing to include Nothelle wheels (pictured) for an extra $1,000
Also have $1,500 worth of brand new parts including roof trim, 90mm spoiler, window trim, turn signals, rear brake splash shields, lower bumper grill with tow hook covers, interior fasteners, and used KW V2 coilovers that I could throw in for extra $$.
The only thing this car needs is some minor paint work on the hood and front bumper.
