heavy pag hanger help

I am looking at buying a 100lbs heavy bag and i need to buy a hanger for it in my basement i am just wondering i am looking at this one can anyone tell me if they think that this will work good.

Something like that should work.

I got a simple eyelet screw from Rona (rated for 150 lbs) and tossed a carabinger (screw lock - 200lbs) on it so I could remove the bag if need be.

Most brackets/hooks will tell you what they are rated to hold in a stud or beam.
