Needs a new hard drive, the 500gb in it corrupt, I can give it to you to try to format and repair. Hard drives are not very expensive. The laptop is almost new, used for about 3 months in Mount Royal by my sister.

You have a CDs with it to restore the original software onto a new Hard-drive?

There is no cd drive you would have to use an external drive, there was so disc with it.
