I saw this today. It has no rear windows and a tall roof.

Custom or a weird package?

I can't see that being from factory... thats fpr sure.

It could be something along the lines of http://www.pleasureway.com/ but for rams, but im not sure.

Looks like it was converted to do trailer duty. Towed a trailer here for the stampede and the back is a one person bed? Could also be one of those long haul guys who transports RV's up from the USA.

Thats a short bed but with the mega cab should be wide enough. I agree it must be for towing a 5th wheel or a goose neck.

It must be for towing trailers. The megacabs also have a crazy amount of room in the back, I've used one for many roadtrips and it's the best roadtrip mobile ever.
