We drove by that place, I thought it was a condo complex at first it was so massive. The scary thing is that mansion is dwarfed by some of the other properties planned around it

That's peanuts, I pay 400/month in condo fees.

What's scary is the 40k property tax bill for 2011.

That article says the house is 15,450 sq/ft, not 40,000.
