More and more my stomach is bothering me from eating processed foods, canned foods, etc.

Can anyone recommend good cook books or just books that help someone who has no idea how to eat healthy start doing so?

I am sure i can find some, just seeing if anyone on here have good suggestions.

Amazon is just one click away if i get a great suggestion.

:)

Well I would say that most cook books will be a lot healthier as you are cooking with mainly fresh ingredients. So I suppose maybe look at books by like Jamie Oliver as his recipes tend to be a bit healthier and you can find his cook books for fairly cheap at say walmart or costco. I know I have a lot of Gordon Ramsey cookbooks but the recipes tend to be a bit more rich.
