Hey guys, sup?

Just registered for the boards and wanted to drop a line as to who I am and all that good stuff. First off, my name is Jesse but I ain't anything like that dude in FnF. The only thing I know about cars is that you put gas in the tank, floor the pedal and nine times out of ten you go fast. Hopefully I can chage that here.

As for my ride, any time you need a good laugh read this desc. again. I drive a stock '90 Ford thunderbird, black, 3.8L stock engine, with more rust than paint. The interior has a few tears on the upholstery (sp?) and smells like a gym sock. Just got my license and car a year ago so I am mainly looking for design tips and suggestions on the paint job...

I am thinking of turbo'ing the engine after reading the thread on turbo vs super, and I kinda want to paint it up after Vin Diesel's red car at the first race in FnF but I think it would look kinda stupid on the Tbird body.

Enough of my senseless ramblings, I probably already lost half the audience.

Peace out,
Jesse, Jess, or Jay (whatever you want to call me) :p

Welcome to the board. Your better off to just get a regular paint job and avoid the F&F stuff :thumbsdow

Thanks for the suggestions... I was pretty sure it would turn out like crap. As I was putzing through the rest of the threads I got the idea for an American Eagle cluthcing a thunderbolt in each talon on the hood on top of a black paint jop with maybe red trim, if that is what you call that stripe running down the bottom of the sides of the car.

I had posted up an idea I got, the American eagle on the hood clutching thunderbolts, was inspired by 9/11... how do you all think that would look?

Also, what's a good place to start to make my car look better than a stock '90 POS thunderbird? I figured replacing the cracked windshield would be a good start... :) j/k I know I have to do that, but where do I go after that? What I want is a car that will stand out, look expensive yet not look like a more modern car ('97+) they all look the same to me. I regret the day when an Impala and a Civic have the same body style :(

Welcome aboard man..... For making your car look better, why don't you just go with a stock SC T-Bird kit.... I've always thought the was one of the better-looking factory Ford ground effects kit, plus you shouldn't have any probs fitment-wise:thumbsup:

aw crap.

i'd agree with everyone here. use ur own ideas. there's a cavalier around here that's almost exact copy of the fnf eclipse and we all make fun of it, so it's better to go original

Aren't I the popular one? :)

Well, I finally figured out what I am going to do with my car. First off, I am going to go with a jet black glossy paint job on it with reverse chrome rims and maybe raise the rear end a bit to try and give it the muscle car look, then add some rear scoops and maybe some ground skirts.

Thanks for all the great advice, really appreciate it.
