I'm looking for some ultra high performance tires with stiff sidewalls. I've found that reviews online for most tires are all useless.

any suggestions from anyone with track cars like Porsche

just looking to get some ideas. so far i'm looking at some bridgestone potenza's reo50 A's

thanks for the input.

For the best steering response/feel out of all the current fastest ultra high performance summer tires, probably the Yokohama AD08, Bridgestone RE11 second :dunno:

Ya I'm leaning towards the bridgestone tires. That's what I had on there stock then got these fk452's and they are way too soft compared to the bridgestones.

Thanks guys.

I've got Azenis RT615's on my GTR and I love them! Super stiff

Don’t get the original RT615’s, make sure you get the RT615k’s. Old ones are extremely outdated, the K’s are more in line with all the other manufacturers tires.

And yes, they're rock hard.

I have the RE-01Rs and they have quite stiff sidewalls – I've never been able to get them to rollover in at 30+PSI. I've driven on the RE-11s and they're a very similar tire, albeit a slight improvement all around. FWIW, I'm a very aggressive driver that has spent a lot of time dialing in my suspension to get optimal performance. You definitely can't go wrong with the RE-11.

Bridgestones have a solid sidewall. Toyo proxes 4 are the worst.

I thought that the speed rating affected the sidewall stiffness:dunno:
