Pinched vein?

I went for a casual bike ride with the family last night and this morning I couldn't put any weight on my left foot, the veins on the top of my foot are swollen and it feels like I broke something. Nothing bad happened during the bike ride so I was trying to look up what could be wrong online and I came upon an article about pinched vein and the symptoms are similar. Does anyone have this happen to them before, I'm going to ice it to see if it helps, but any input would be appreciated.

Hey Clever do you mind posting a link to the article/website you were on for the pinched vein. I typed "pinched vein in foot" and got mostly pinched nerve results. I'm just curious that's all.
