Beyond loading slow for anyone else?

Just wondering if anyone else is have rrally slow load times on beyond, or is it just me? I have tried 3 different browsers on 2 computers, and takes 2-3 mins to load the first page... Takes about 1 min on my 4g cell phone too...

I've noticed it too... I find its usually waiting for a response from one of the advertisements, so I refresh and it loads usually right away after

It just happened to me too - it happened with these 2 links :

adserver.adtechus.com
r1.ads.ace.advertising.com

Couldn't see the full link singe Chrome adds "..." instead of displaying the full link.

I hit refresh and it reloaded immediately.

Is it in a particular ad location? And is it still happening for you guys? The ad server had some issues yesterday but looks like its back to normal again (at least on my end).

it has gotten better for me, but still noticeable load times to get to the main forum page on the first load up, but if I leave the site, and come back, I get that same load time again.

Temp fix has been put in. Hope it works for the time being :)

Well it's not just beyond - I just had r1-ads.ace.advertising.com do the same thing to me at the calgaryherald site!
