Smash the chicken breasts down, so they are thinner, and cook through when you fry them. I suggest putting them between syran wrap and rolling with a rolling pin. Then batter in flour, then in egg, then in the bread crumbs and parm. Fry that biznitch!

Flip after 8-10 minutes

Fry up some bacon

Cut up some cheese!

Pour pasta sauce into big pan, add chicken, add bacon

this is the chicken parmy i get quite regularly.
it's $15 for all of it, the chicken is actually all the way under the chips too, it's massive. not many people finish it, i'm usually full halfway through but i manage to power through it..and then usually can't/don't eat til dinner the next day haha

but the taste and quality of the final product is going to mostly depend on what brand of processed spaghetti sauce you use.

This is true, I do not recommend cheaping out. I bought a $5 jar on sale for 2.50, tasted fine.

Personally I put the sauce on top of the chicken so that it still keeps some of its crispyness, and then i put some mozzarella on top and let it melt into the sauce

looks deericious though

You're doing the frying in the wrong order. Always cook the bacon first and then use the fat to fry the chicken. Not really going to make the "light" cookbook, but man it adds a world of difference in flavor.

sorry for the bad quality pic bro but i layered the pan with chicken then bacon then sauce then cheese so under the heavy sauce and cheese there is 2 pieces of bacon wrapped around every piece of chicken.

Well decided to give this a shot too. Only things I would do different:

- Not fuck up the asparagus
- Find real monterey jack cheese. The store only had processed and it didnt turn out as well as I hoped.

This reminds me of the thread where the OP claimed to make awesome eggs benedict at home, but then used a powdered hollandaise sauce from the supermarket. LOL
