Whats normal wage for a cribber labourer?

Just curious, I had a family member ask me for advice if they were getting underpaid. He's getting 18$ and not paid OT.

I've been out of the field for too long to know todays wages but I do remember nobody pays OT, they just pay straight wage during OT hours.

I was getting paid $20 when I worked and that was with 0 experience except some construction work I had done before then.. fucking hated cribbing though, worst job of my life... walking up muddy steep ass wet slopes with min 150lbs forms.. pfff :bullshit:

$18 seems about right, Cribbing sucks and its def one of the worst jobs to do.
