Selling due to a recent Special Assessment by my condo board.
I would rather drive a cheaper car than have debt.
1.7L Vtec Engine
4 speed auto transmission
Drive train in the car is solid
Body is in really good shape for it's age, couple small dents on the rear quarter panel
Power windows, power door locks, power and heated mirrors, power sunroof
Keyless entry with a Viper 2-way starter alarm combo
Air conditioning is chilly, tilt, and cruise
Factory alloy rims, currently sitting on ice pike tires, that were bought this winter.
Windshield has minor cracks, nothing that limits driver view though
Interior is in good shape, nothing missing.
Aftermarket deck and speakers

The bad parts:
Timing belt is due. Parts including the water pump would be under $150, I don't have the time or garage to do this in though
The car needs struts, it's pretty noisey going over bumps.
