Missing Package

Who do you call for a USPS package that went missing? It says it cleared customs on the 14th of july, but then there hasnt' been an update since? So is it in Canada Posts hands now?

USPS website never really gives up to date information to us Canadians in regarding the tracking. Even though it says it cleared customs, it could still be at the customs place awaiting shipment. Give it time, it will come.

Have you tried the tracking number on the c.post website? I believe USPS #'s work on their site once it has entered their system.

Well I called C post, they got the number and said the only thing in their system is the info I have that ends at the border.. They told me to call USPS and have them open an investigation.

Its my remote start for my generator.. I hate having to get out of bed in my camper to turn off the generator!.. Thats the rough in roughing it! lol

The postal strike put some massive delays on some packages. I had a package shipped in june arrive 2 weeks ago...

My torque converter took over 7 weeks to clear customs, and get delivered last year.

A licence plate frame I ordered for a customer was stuck in customs for 3 weeks before getting released.
