what about all the retail outlets around Country Hills by the movie theater?

Canadian Tire, Home Depot, etc...

mcdonalds is probably your best bet if you want a job quick or any other fast food around that area

If there's a coop around there, they hire at 15.

Try Kjiji in the jobs section, it's painful looking thru all the postings but I think you might find something there that might help your situation and perhaps provide a better permanent opportunity than Micky D's. Three of the jobs I've had in the past 5 years I found online.

I worked at a Canada Post outlet when I was 14. I'd apply there, better than McDonalds IMO.

I was working at famous players when I was 15, give them a try? It was a fun job except the pay sucked... but minimum wage now is like $8 anyways..

isn't it $9? Anyways, yea plus you get free movies there, and when I was working there, "free" food too!

Not a bad high school job. Depending on the position, on some days I went and sat in theaters and just watched movies for about 6 hours

I was a projectionist in high school. Best job. Free movies, free drinks and popcorn. Thread a projector, hit a button, then stand around and bullshit for 90 minutes.

Pay was crap, but 400ish a check was what I averaged, which was not shabby for my only expense at the time being car insurance and gas. Everything else was disposable income.
