It's actually easier to tell they're not. Rolls Royce wheels keep the RR symbol upright on the center cap at all times. It doesn't rotate.

Sick.

Who in Cowtown Rolls in a Royce?

Very nice photos.

The Deerfoot is awaiting your RR, please RSVP.

The "CC" stands for Consular plate, so it is someone associated with a foreign government. Could be any of the following:

Looks awsome. What are those sensors in the front bumper for?

The 2 larger circles are parking sensors.

All those little circles look like some nasty license plate holes. Shame the front end is ruined like that.

^ I was thinking the same thing. For the amount people would pay for a unit like this, you'd think they could come up with something better for those areas like Alberta which do not require front plates.

CC plates are for vehicles operated by consul, vice consul, honrary consul, carreer consul and consulate. So, the user that posted the list, was correct.

(Assuming that was what you were asking about)

You don't expect them to roll in a Civic, do ya?

This guy does. But I don't know if this is his RR or not. Also manages the Met club on 8th according to my buddy.

I personally know of a CC in a small city in Canada, he is simply a great lawyer and has an in with the country he represents. He is not in any way from or heritage wise connected with the country. His office takes the inquiries and acts upon them, it really is a type of public service with a bit of cash, plates, etc. The country needed a rep in the city, he needed the cache, win/win. His car was (when I last saw it) the top Mercedes sedan, he paid (leased) the car, the country buys the plates.

I wonder if these plates are required to pay parking and speeding tickets?
