I need to start working out again but I'm not too big on packed gyms and pre and after work rat races, I have huge anxiety issues, anybody know of a gym in the NW that's not too busy?

Depending on where you live I suppose, I go to anytime fitness in creekside and since it is 24h I tend to go later, usually getting there between 9-11pm and depending on the day it is usually dead so I can do as I please. Weekends are fairly slow in the mornings and early afternoons as well.

It's surprising how many people are at Goodlife Beacon Hill at 11pm on a Tuesday.

There's free trial all next week (15-21). Check it out.

Try Goodlife fitness in Becon Hill, their gym is pretty big and will accommodate a lot of people. Anytime is one of the smaller gyms.
