Festival starts from 10AM to 8PM. Tons of activities including street hockey, street soccer, longest putt, cultural performances, etc.

Try turning left off 3rd Ave to go north on centre street around 4:30 PM. Looks like a street festival every damn day.

I usually do it @ 2nd. Too many elderlies on 3rd.

yeah, sometimes we loop around on riverfront and make a right off 2nd instead. There are ways . . .
