Where to advertise rooms for rent in Calgary?

May be looking to rent out some rooms starting Oct. 1.

Where is the best place to advertise and how do I ensure that the renter will not be a total train wreck.

I have found all of my renters on Kijiji.

You get lots of responses, sort through to find good potential candidates, then meet & screen from there.
