If I remember correctly the price went down to about 800k the first time it was posted, I would love to go back to my old "adopted" hood, LBC 4 Life, lol.

Thanks guys, I take a lot of pride in this home as I designed layout, colors and materials. It was down at 800k, market was terrible. Since then about 30k more has been put into home.

Its actually just a finished on site birtch with a charcoal stain. Looks way better in person

The interior is quite nice in person. I particularly liked the basement.
Any plans to put in a tree and some landscaping in the front yard? The curb appeal did improve somewhat with the renos, but it still feels extremely exposed to Lake Placid Drive.

It's also unfortunate that it's beside one of the dumpiest houses in Bonavista Estates, but there's nothing that can be done about that.
