yeah, definately a dodge 2500 or 3500, and it kinda looks like it would be 3500 from the size of the tail pipe, and that size of pipe usually indicates a diesel as well. 2007+ model as well.

I can't see the tailpipe, but I'd guess that it's a 2500 or 3500 as well. Dodge diesels have 4" exhausts, and the gassers are smaller, probably 2-1/4" or 2-1/2". So if you can see it, the difference should be noticeable. If it's not obvious that it's a diesel, it might just be a lifted 1500.

The only way to tell if it's a 3500 as opposed to a 2500, is the badging on the side of the truck or to look at the leaf springs in the back. The 3500s have at least one more leaf.

It's an 06-08, or maybe 09. 2006 was the first year for those headlights. Wikipedia says the body style changed for 2009 to the current style, but I don't think that's right for the 2500/3500s. I think they ran to 2010 until they changed.

It has aftermarket wheels.

Can you tell if its extended or crew?

Near the first when its side on it looks extended, but at the end it almost looks like another door handle.
