WTD: Rims and Tires for 2004 Honda Accord

Looking for a set of rims with 80%+ tires for my moms honda accord.

prefer 16-17" rims
Prefer good All season tires

Her car is black so they would have to look nice on it.

I also believe that the bolt pattern is 5X114.3, unless someone can correct.

Would really like OEM rims with good tires.
