Broad Horizons Contracting did my fence just last month. Totally exeeded my expectations. They are busy, but try giving them a call.

CJM Bobcat. Guy has very reasonable pricing and he can do just about anything. PM me or you can google it if you need contact info. His name is Gary.

give Dave a shout and inquire... He'll also take a pic of your house, do a "lifelike" 3D rendering of what it will look like when finished / allow you to make changes / get you exactly what you want...

Fences generally run from $25/linear foot

I was charging roughly $30/linear foot last year (All materials included)

But depends if you need the old one taken out, slope, or if you want other special things done to the fence

I need my old deck torn down and a new one built.

Do the "fence" guys also do decks, or is it a different specialty?

Pac

Dave built me a rock solid fence, but he wasn't cheap. His work was excellent though, so if its quality you want he's your guy.

For 74' and a 5' gate it was $4000.00

The gate is not in these pictures, on the other side of the house.

Yep, didn't say it was cheap. Looks like a fence to me?

Are those 6x6? pretty solid fence. Price wise seems a bit steep, but still, looks solid and will stand longer then you'll own the house.

I built my portion of the fence with 6x6x12 raw posts, 1x6 fence boards and 2x6 as the stringers which I ran on both sides and the cap and this was 6 off on center sections with holes we dug down to 5"

This was way overbuilt, and required about 6 -7 bags of quickcrete per

but... price wise, the total endeavor for a small typical lot from end of the house to all property lines (I can't remember the exact dimentions) was about $3500 in materials with a gate... so
when devided by 3, its not so bad, but Dave's price isn't outrageous concidering how much you have to grade and clean up

p.s. we didn't use a Cat as one wasn't around, and because my lot and my neighbor's lots were recently backfilled was why we dug down to 5 feet with the 2 manned auger...

if I could scale it back, it would've been easier using 6x6x10's instead and using fenceboards for the decorative side rather than putting full stringers on both

Yep. They dug down 4' and used two bags of concrete for each hole. There was no grading required but they did remove all the dirt/rock from the holes. My area is like bedrock, it wasn't easy digging those holes.
