Found this sick deal at Canadian Tire. I've been looking for a low-profile jack for a while, and this one more than fits the bill. Nearly half-price. Only till sept 1.

I got the same this at the same price in July. Amazing deal and this jack works really well. I'm here wondering why the fuck I bought a normal jack now cause it never fits under lowered cars, but this one will. The other thing I like most about it is the rubber jack pad, really helps not scratching the under body.

Good deal, I will have to check it out. My current jack is the motomaster one that comes with the stands/chocks, it is still fairly low, but the give in the handle is awful so when I have to go from under my diff it takes me like 15 mins to lift my car as you have no room to move the handle before it catches.

Bought this one last Friday, excellent jack for the price. The lift range is 4" to 18.5" I think. It should fit under *most* lowered cars.

They have a "racing" jack specifically for extra low cars, but apparently it doesn't lift very high and isn't as high quality as this one.

Unfortunately, this would probably barely even get the wheels off the ground on my vehicle. :D

My friend and I got the last two at Beacon Hill. Nothing on sale was marked at all though like the syntec or the jack.

watch for their 3 1/2 ton michelin speedy to go on sale as well, I got it for dirt cheap about 5 years ago, I'd have to go measure to see how low it goes though.it probably wont go as low as that one but it lifts super high (i've never hit the end of its reach) and take just a few pumps to get the car off the ground, hands down the best floor jack i've owned.

they usually have an even better deal, there 3 1/2 ton and 2 jack stands. (theyre blue) the combo was 150 and its still low pro. fits underneath my diff and my cars slammed almost as low as the coils will go. no chance it would fit under the front bumper though, gotta take off the skirts for that :/

The low-pro jack on tirerack is pretty sweet. A shame I found out about it after I had just bought a different one :(

Now I gotta wait for the Mastercraft Euro Cabinets (http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/browse/6/Tools/ToolStorage/ToolChestAccessories/PRD~0581010P/Euro+Style+10-Drawer+Cabinet.jsp?locale=en) to go on sale... those are fucking badass.

Is this jack that good? Thinking about picking one up as my current one is annoying to use.

Damn right i'm jelly. Did you get them on sale? what was the discount? and do you know the differences between the regular Mastercraft Maximum chests that are currently on sale? It almost seems like the blue handles are the only differences on euro spec.

The Manager said the sale is over yesterday, but he said he'd give it to me for the sale price still - fuck yeah!!!

So yep, this sits my garage now!!! Thanks Zip.

Awesome, I'm tired of having to get out the oem widowmaker/scissor-jack so I can raise my car enough to get my other jack underneath

Edit; 'til Sept 1st. Dammit!

Just for future reference when I worked there if we wanted to we could give people the sale price up until something like 4 weeks after the sale, as long as the sale price was still in the computer. So if ever you miss a sale and it's a regular stock item and they have it in stock just grab one and walk straight to customer service be super nice and say you missed the sale but would still like the sale price!!!

since the sale for this lift is over there is a michelin 3.5 ton jack for a little less but not sure on the quality compared to the moto-master.

ah yes this is the jack I mentioned in an earlier post, hands down the best floor jack I've ever owned. Only issue is I'm not sure how low it goes to get under lowered cars, I'd have to measure it

The same jack as posted by the OP – albeit a rebranded version – is intermittently available at Costco for $100. SKU is 220205 if you want to check stock.

Are you talking about the Torin black jack one?
I don't think it is a rebranded one, it looks quite different. Seemed good when I looked at it at costco but imo the motomaster one looks a bit better built. The torin one is very fast though with its lifting.

I own the Torin one from Costco. It doesn't have the rubber pad and I believe it has a 2.5 ton capacity, not 3 like the CT jack. It does look to be of very similar design though.

I'm quite happy with it so far. Very solid and good value, especially in comparison with the regular price of the 3-ton CT jack. Though at the sale price I would definitely go for the extra capacity.

Oh yeah, it is a bit different – sorry about that! There are a ton of these jacks, that are built by the same manufacturer, and look identical, or near to it. I looked at several in person that were the exact same jack, but different branding; and, of course, different costs. If you're not jacking up trucks, I'd opt for the Costco one and have the option of returning it seven years later for a full refund if it breaks :D
