after the house plans are drafted up... I(we) can assist you in providing engineering drawings and details specific to your house (as required by the City for your Building Permit).

Tall Wall Design, Lateral Bracing Design, Grade Beams and Footing Design, Specialized Joists etc. - the architect can fill you in on where an engineer will be needed!
