I went to Paris for a week at the beginning of August. Most of the exotics that I saw were driving and I couldn't take a picture quick enough. So here are some of the cars that I saw.

Police Pegeout 207

E class and A4 taxis. The cops were pulling over every moped that went by.

Land Rover tow truck.

No clue what this thing is.

A lot of cars in Paris have messed up bumpers, this is why.

Smart Fortwo Brabus.

Smart Roadster. Got in trouble for taking this picture. Turns out you can't use a camera in the red light district in broad daylight.

Ferrari California.

Had a 6 hour layover in Amsterdam. Didn't feel like sitting in the airport so we took a tour around the city.

Some weird looking thing.

I would assume all business's in red light districts, don't like photo's being taken in the neighborhood... less people would probably visit it, if they knew they were going to be photographed (like the smart roadster owner, who was probably in the rub-and-tug)

That would be my guess too. About 10m to the right was a small strip joint. The bouncer of that place was the one who yelled at me. After he saw me taking the picture he started raging. I guess it was the blank look on my face that told him I had no idea what he was saying. So with a super heavy accent he said "No picture. Leave. NOW!" With a polite wave and a smile I GTFO.
