WTB: Steelies or rims for Echo

I got 4 Genuine Toyota Rims and tires off a 99 Paseo. They should fit no problem. Msg me if you want to arrange a time to check them out.

I've checked the rim sizes and the 2004 echo has an offset of 30mm to 40mm. Will an offset of 35mm to 45mm be compatible? Will it do any harm?
